Yes those! I read they travel to the sharks stomachs and eat whatever the shark has in its tank? Dont remember where I read it but wondering if this could be a problem for your shark. if indeed thats what it is

Are you sure you're not thinking remora? Those are not parasites, they are a commensal fish. If you are thinking parasitic isopod (which sucks the blood of the fish) it's not that either. I'm pretty sure that what you see are the gills.
