Coral Toxin

So I was handleing a large piece of cap the other day. The cap then deicied to slime my hands. I was not wearing gloves, like i usuly do. My qusetion is can you absorb the toxin through your skin. I did wash my hands as soon as posible. By the way I do feel fine. I was wondering could coral toxin have a cumlitve affect on a person.

Palytoxin is the only one I'm aware of that can cause serious problems.

ya, paly is the only one you have to worry about, and even with paly ive gotten it on my hands and not washed it off and been fine
