Ok im setting up my 55g in which i want coral bad i was wondering if the 3 fish i have in my 20g are reef safe,

Pygmy Angel Fish(Cherub)
Yellow tailed Blue Damsel
True Perc clownfish

are any of these known to eat coral? im planing some very very costly coral such as Devils Armor and Armor of god Just to name a couple and i don't want them eaten!

The angel probably will, sooner or later. The cherubs are better than most, but you're likely to have trouble down the road.
The clown won't eat it, but may wallow in it destructively: get him sited in a tough one now and he won't leave it until he does it in. Frogspawn is pretty tough and clown-friendly; among the leathers, the pink toadstool. You don't say about your lighting.

I have a Nova Extreme 4x54watt T5HO with the stock bulbs.for the 55g the light over the 20 is just so i can see the fish lol

Should be fine, then, except watch the angel: with zoas---the percs will probably leave them alone---but beware of anemones. Wandering the tank on the current, stinging everything before they die---not good for expensive zoas. Angels are more apt to leave zoas alone---they're really nippy with sps---but rate your risk v the price of those zoas and the nuisance of fish-catching in a stocked reef.
