I've been looking at this thing ever since my tank started but have never seen it move until just now as I walked past it it retracted a bit. It looks a little like a snail foot cross with a pig trotter [emoji23] I'll attach photo and if you know please tell me!... Also the little black thing above it for bonus points haha I think it's a tiny clam or something. Thanks.
