Critter id please.

Very long smooth surface, white with black bands evenly seperated about .25 in apart, head is funnel shaped, wider towards the front so head is much wider than the body at front. Seen a couple of time moving around the rocks. Thank you. Maybe 6ins long. Very narrow.
