Things go well enough, the fish are all doing well in QT. I don't think I mentioned it but I did put them through hypo partly as a precaution and partly because I knew I had contamination before adding them (and it had not been 10 weeks fallow by the time they got in the system). I'll probably leave it at lowered salinity for another two weeks, then do a 4 week monitoring before adding them to the display. I also have another handful of fish coming, which I will stick in the 40 breeder as a QT for the time being (so as not to contaminate the current QT process in the stock tank). It's complicated, but I've learned to be patient and diligent.
I also ordered some stuff from rapidled to turn continue the process of making the 40 breeder a coral quarantine. I imagine 36 LEDs will suffice for light on that size tank, but I'll play around with it this next weekend (I'll have a few free evenings while the wife is on a ladies trip).
Main display is doing pretty good, I either have too much light (I raised the pendants a few inches recently) or I'm not feeding enough (which I've also increased), as the corals were a little lacking in coloration. I'm hoping when I get the new fish in the tank these issues will resolve without resulting in attempting other nutrient management solutions.
Boring words, no pictures, I know. Maybe I'll break the camera out soon.
