CT Frag Farmer's Market 2012!!!!

First time market and boy was it awesome...its great to be around so many people who love this hobby...big thanks to John and all the volunteers!!!

Also thanks to charlene and company who set up the CTARS area for holding our coolers!!!

Ahhh I love it...im so excited!!! All my corals are already open!!!!
 
I loved the fact to see non vendors selling coral. Hobbiest to hobbiest it had a sence of home feeling like every one knew everyone. Amazing time and thank u again
 
Agreed, thanks to Jon and all the volunteers. I couldn't believe the crowds when I got there at 1:30. Even the hallways were packed. I picked up a good 20 frags at least. Thanks to Scott (swannyson) and Ron for the great deals. Scott, that cap was the perfect size. I placed it right over a patch of shrooms. Everything is looking good so far. Thanks to Toni too. just finished mounting the gorgs. always a pleasure to see you. Anytime you think of breaking down that 29 in the future let me know...
Can't wait to see how everything is looking in the AM. hopefully the snails don't knock over too much.


Mike, I left the HOT with the guys at Fintastic. Sorry I missed you there.
 
Vince i think i must of just missed you. i didnt see Toni not sure if she set up late but i got a nice gorg from Mike. And 20 frags thats freaken awesome.
 
I had a great time!! First FFM for me (and James). I was there super early at 11:30 and it was amazing the crowds that came in over the following hours. It was amazing. Such a great turnout!!

Ummmmmm Bidwell rocks and all. But no Long Trail..... Really.... Who doesnt carry Long Trail in New England? Fitch, your gonna have to fix this issue before I come down next year....

yeah awesome event! TONS more people this year over last! showed up at around 2pm and it was hoppin. Picked up some great frags at amazing prices. Thanks for holding this event again! can't wait for next year's!

Yeah, Toni showed up just before I did. Jeez, I just recounted. I actually picked up 39 frags (18 alone from Scott! one doesn't even count as a frag (4" Leng Sy))
 
A huge thank you to Jon for organizing the event and also to everyone who attended. It was nice to finally put faces to some of the screen names and I had a great time... hope everyone else did too!

For any of you that bought frags from me, I know they weren't looking so hot after the first couple hours. If any of them RTN on any of you guys, just let me know and I can cut some new frags from the mother colonies ASAP.
 
I was there but had to leave early to get back to Mass ... I met Greg Hiller, Anthony27(had a really nice PM that was waiting to be picked up :( ) , Steve , NYPassat , and his bud , Picked up a few things .Couldn't really place any faces with RC but now I recognize a few . I did not spend all the $$ I brought with me ..:lmao:

Excellent event, thanks to all who participated and particularly Jon for all of his hard work. Wish I could have stayed a little longer, but I still came home with 6 frags and was well under-budget :)

Now I just have to try and make it to a monthly meeting !

To clear up any possible mis-reads .. Anthony27 had some great frags with great color . My :( about the Tyree PM was because it was sold . Some lucky person got a great frag pack . Congrats ....
 
Ditto on the great job Jon. I hope you got some money for the school. I went there only to look (wish for the future) and get some zoos to start my tank running. But Brenda saw the great deals and couldnt hold back!! Everyone I got corals from , a big thanks. Some great deals from Jon. And I cant forget Scott who sold me this HUGE bta for 5 dollars!!
 
I also wanted to thank Fitch for a great event and the Fintastic crew for letting me sell a few frags at their booth. I wish this event was held more than once a year too. I walked away with 6 awesome frags and spent less than I had planned to. It was great to see all the people from the club there that I dont get to see very often also.
 
i had a good time ...sorry fitch i spilled on ya , there is always one in every crowd , ya i am that guy ....haha, good times , great people , priceless memories , oh ya and some cool frags .
