A little smelly is definately an understatement.

My house smells like 2 week old trash that was sitting in hot sun!!! :thumbdown Wife just called me and told me that she's gonna kick me out with the tank if I dont fix it tonight! :love1:

Sounds pretty bad.Jokingly,I dont want to ask anything more!
Depends on how bad I guess ,if opening a window or a hepatype charcoal filter isn't an option.Heres some things that I use as an avid woodworker that might help:

Couple of bowls set out in the open with vinegar.Works pretty well for paint fumes ,too.

Got a bag of charcoal for grilling? open the bag in the room.

Regular square box fan with a furnace filter (type w/charcoal incorporated in it) the suction from the fan will hold it against the fan.

Replace the cold air intake of your furnace with the same type of
charcoal filter.

I put 1 good sized shrimp and i chopped it up real fine and suspended it in a stocking :)

thanks for the advice, i'll take it out tonight and dose ammonia for the rest of the cycle
