Sounds pretty bad.Jokingly,I dont want to ask anything more!
Depends on how bad I guess ,if opening a window or a hepatype charcoal filter isn't an option.Heres some things that I use as an avid woodworker that might help:
Couple of bowls set out in the open with vinegar.Works pretty well for paint fumes ,too.
Got a bag of charcoal for grilling? open the bag in the room.
Regular square box fan with a furnace filter (type w/charcoal incorporated in it) the suction from the fan will hold it against the fan.
Replace the cold air intake of your furnace with the same type of
charcoal filter.
