I have seen it in person... the wire really isnt that noticeable... especially when seeing that incredible tank for the first time... and its whisper quiet... really impressive... I would have stolen the pup but didnt wear a big coat....

So far the water level in the overflow is holding steady.
And it's still DEAD SILENT!!!
If you didn't hear the low hum of the skimmers or vortechs you wouldn't know the tank was even running. The Eheim pump is silent as well.

Wow- ok, amazing build and soooo doggone well thought out!! I love it. Oddly enough, I couldn't live with a silent tank now LMAO I've had the rush and gurgle of water in my house for so long, I'd have heart failure if I woke up at 2 and didn't hear it coming from downstairs..... I'd think I had return failure

I am jealous of the stand though..... ENJOY!!!

UPDATE:
This morning I just ordered some of SpectraPure's LiterMeter III products so I can implement a continuous water change system like some other RC members have done. I'm excited! Going to try to go pick up second 65g storage tank today.

BTW, Scott at Aquarium Specialty was helping me out with the LiterMeter stuff. He was a huge help, and when he didn't have an answer he went straight to SpectraPure and found out for me. Now that's good service. :thumbsup:

Got some shots of one of my many porcelain crabs. These guys are so cool to watch, and they all came from TBS!

This guy was hard to see, haning upside down in my rocks, but it's another decorator crab. Not as cool as the red one though.

Yup, that's my own little under-ocean beach, created by the vortechs.
I'm thinking about getting some doll sized beach chairs to put there.

Ya, there is that yellow one, the orange one around the corner behind it (you can just barely see it's reflection, and then another orange one on the back right corner. They are all the same type of finger or tree sponge. Then i have like 5 other different kinds of sponges in there.
