I don't know ........Do sps even need polyps to feed? My concern is for the tuliped polyps and extream swollen tissue including the polyps ...The last set of pics first pic shows the polyps slightly open this is more than they were in her tank on this piece. I feel extended polyps but yet closed up is weird and not documented in any zeo thread or any articles I have tried to hunt down .
Also per Eric Borneman corals tissue are only 2 layers thick . So that also leads me to believe there is an explaination good or bad . But where is the explanation ?Sounds logical IMO isn't good enough for me .
Who knows maybe the polyps are tuliped because it full and they are extended to blow of co2 ?? IMO the corals looked healthier before to me colors just needed some tweaking to her liking.
And then again maybe sps are suppose to look like that and I am seeing it for the first time.
