I would, I am pretty sure Jeremy knows everyone who got it from him and also everyone that those people might of given/traded it to.

I don't know what to say man other than you're wrong, I have the mother colony, always have had it and only GIVE selected people frags. I've never sold frags to anyone before, it is not in my ethics, again only given a few frags out. The fact is that there are MANY pieces out there that carry the name, but are not from the original mother colony, some might even be nicer than mine, actually someone who posted in this thread has a similar one with a killer bright green leading edge, it's stunning. But as with many corals that command a high price people are going to try and cash in on it. I have absolutely no connection to WWC, have never purchased anything from them and at this point probably won't.

Again I'm not disputing that their aren't equally as nice corals out there, I just find it funny that there are only half dozen pieces that are out there of the DM, and everyone seems to have it :lol:

Nonesense. Really!? All I said is WWC will get it. You're the one insisting it's impossible. Just tell me who has a piece, and I can assure you, money talks. In this hobby you can get anything you want. $6,000 clownfish.. sure, if you got it. $2,000 Scoly, sure, if you got it. You may have given them away, but one can easily be persuaded to sell a frag of something they got. Especially in this economy.

What about Sanjay's clownfish. They were given/sold to the NY area, that's it. Then his male clown died, but there are still pairs out there (DFS) for sale. Obviously someone was successful at breeding them, and is selling them to DFS. Everyone thought, that's it - no more Sanjay's. But that's not the truth.


If you are so inclined that "no one else" can have the "true" DM, give me a list of people who you gave them away to. I can find a buyer, to you know, but it. It's not real hard. I know you won't do that, because everyone will be all over them.

All I'm saying - is it IS possible for a frag or two to leak elsewhere. Unless you have a leash on the people who you gave the frags to, it's going to happen. It's just a matter of time.

Sanjay sold the fish to Drs F&S...

Hybrid Occ x Perc are usually infertile so chances are that no one else is breeding them, especially not this soon...

Actually they do breed fish . Apparently you haven't read their blog on the McCullochis they are breeding right now.
