Dave's 1st Gig - Purple

Yes, as Minh said, I would remove it asap. I did the same thing putting mine on the concave part of the bowl. Once I placed the gig on the same inverted container, it allowed it to fully expand and sway gently with the flow which is really essential during this delicate phase.
Mine was so well anchored that the edge of the foot was hard, I used a small infants spoon made of plastic to gently pry it off a little at a time.

I was hoping you would say that, I'm interested in trying those out.

I'm happy with them. Nice and quiet. I also have two SO26s. And a standard full spectrum generic unit.

I must say. The OceanRevives are quieter and thinner.

I've also opened them up and they look well made. They have much nicer heat sinks etc.

I've been meaning to post a thread about mounting them in my canopy but have not done so yet.

Here's what they look like in the inside:

Dave,
I hope your anemone is doing well.
I think I will stop treating mine and get him to my DT ASAP.
Minh is doing well.

Seems to be doing better since removing it from the container.
It's mouth is still open.

Your moving yours already? How long do you normally treat them?
What makes you feel it is ready to move?

I'm not ready to move mine yet.

I did another water change this morning and added 500 mg of cipro to 10 gallon quarantine.

I received sulfa/trim in the mail and added a 500 mg tablet as well.

If it's mouth shows signs of closing today or tomorrow I may stop treatment.
It's inflated really nice this afternoon.

Looking good! Did you double dose Cipro and Septra?

Don't stop treatment. Your anemone was obviously sick, you should treat more, at least 3-4 days after it look good. He is looking good with just Cipro, I would just keep on with this and not add another antibiotic.
In any case, it need to be treat longer IMO

X2 don't stop treatment or he could get reinfected. Kill the infection.

Also....if they're responding to one antibiotic, never add another.
