Daves Shallow 35

One Year Pictures

I cant believe that it has been one year already. With a few minor hick-ups things have been going great. My setosa has started to graft and looks really wild. Moved a few things around and really like the outcome. Anyways here are some pictures!

I have seen this build on "another" site for a long time. I can't believe how fast that war coral has spread Great job Dave ! ;)

Well I bought my girlfriend a new point and shoot and wanted to test the macro shots out. And wow! I think these turned out very good! The were under Blue+ and Fiji bulbs. Dont mind the red flat worms, they have ALL been sucked up and flatworm exit has just entered the building :)

Anya ways I think these turned out GREAT! Nothing was adjusted and the colors are very accurate. I love this tank :D

Some fun pictures.

This reminds me of something from Jurassic Park. The tiny person and the T-Rex. In this case the tiny goby and the giant eel.

Thanks guys. I forgot to post this is on my new stand. This stand is a three tier bookshelf. Each level being a different type of tank. Here's a photo from last month. The top tank will be a nano NPS and the middle a seagrass/mangrove biotope.

Wow! This is one fantastic looking build. I love the layout and interesting photos, especially. I'm currently in China now and reading this thread is really making me miss my tank back home. Gotta love the nanos :D

Additionally, how is your Mandarin doing? Do you have it weaned onto frozen/pellets or are you supplementing its diet by adding pods manually?

Thanks Mikey - It a ORA Mandarin so they are a captive breed. He is already eating prepared foods :)

How long are you in China? I'll take some new photo's soon. I'm working on a seagrass/mangrove biotope and a nano NPS tank too! All on the same stand.
