Dead Anemone.... Frustrated

I don't know what it is with my tank but I can't seem to keep anything alive.

My lawnmower blenny died about a week after I put it in as well as my baby hippo tang.

So did a coral I thought to be a xenia. And now my anemone.

Not to mention all of my CUC are EXTREMELY lethargic. They hardly move all day, literally.
Once the tank thriving, everything live and growing then add an anemone. They are difficult animals to keep.
Any of your fitting are brass? A LFS here in Corpus used brass fitting for reef aquarium until I told them they can't do this. He was building Ca reactor using brass fitting for circulation. This fitting is not in the bubble counter but actually the input and output of the main reactor chamber with salt water flow through them and com in direct contact with the brass. Needless to say, reef tanks that use this did not do well.
 
cuc ?? you mean "cucumber " , some of them release "poison" when stressed . that could be a cause to those death .
