im not sure if my anemone is dead or not... but it still has its foot stuck on the rocks... does that mean theres some life in it? and its able to be saved?
Thats not a whole lot of details for such a complicated animal and question. I would post a picture if you can or give more details on what its been doing. Is it bleached? All tentacles bit off? Guts spit out? Torn in half? Why do you think it may be dead?
its spilling out its guts.. but i dont smell anything, i have 2 rose anemones doing fine.. ive had the GBTA (that's spilling out the guts) for about a month...
You've got 3 BTA's in your 60 gallon? You should read through the sticky on anemones if you haven't yet. Especially this FAQ: http://www.carlosreef.com/AnemoneFAQ.pdf
Spilling out its guts is bad obviously. There's many reasons why an ameone may go bad. But they genereally do not get along with multiple anemones in a tank.... UNLESS they are clones, in other words all genetically identical.
