Deflated tentacles

A while ago I bought a new piece of rock and a little flower anemone popped out. When it first appeared it had really nice long, full tentacles that were dark in color. Well since then it moved to a different rock and now has short, stubby tentacles and isn't very colorful. How can I get it back to the way it looked? Here are pictures of the 'nem before and after the move.

Have you been feeding it?

Yes, I've been trying. I try to feed it once a week but I don't see it eating very much.

How's your water quality? And what have you tried to feed it?

Water quality seems to be alright.

Ammonia 0
Nitrite 0
Phosphate 0ish
Nitrate 2
pH 8.2
Temp 80*F

I don't think I missed anything lol...

I try to feed it NLS pellets, mysis, and krill. I tried brine a while ago but it was too hard to get into the anemone.

how about Alk? Mg?

I knew I forgot something. My Alk is at 9 and my Mg, last time I checked, was 1400.

Any fish or inverts that may be picking on him. or if all else fail try a cipro treatment

I don't think so. I see my hermits sometimes walk over it but they never really linger.
