Deflating Crispa

My sebae which, until recently, had been thriving has started to deflate daily for the evening. This started last friday.

Levels as of last night

1.025
ph 8.3ish (fluctuates between day and night but it always has)
Cal-420-440
alk-10 (this is higher than it used to be but has been that high for the last few weeks)
trate-undetectable (best it's ever been actually)

I change 5 gallons a week and always have but with this bucket of IO testing so high in Alk, I havent had to dose very much of the b-part

The two major changes have been the addition of a sump with a GFO reactor and I had to move a powerhead for an acro. My glove polyps hate the reactor but nothing else seemed to be bothered by it except maybe the crispa.

Should I wait it out? I have a K3 coming to hopefully give it more flow. That will make a k2, k3, mj 1200, and my return in a 36" tank.

Can you take any pics of it? Try to oxygenate the water by aiming your powerheads more towards the surface.

I can't get any pics atm. It seemed fine last night so I'm guessing it was a little ticked with my powerhead move. My return is pointed at the surface and between my overflow and skimmer also, I'm sure it is fairly well oxygenated.

Does GFO affect nems? I didn't really give it much thought until this happened
