DFS is the best!

hey guys

i just wanted to relay a recent experience i had with DFS. I placed an order for about $700 worth of dry goods(new light fixture) and the order was canceled by accident. i posted on their forum and they contacted my promptly. they offered to ship the order next day for free and gave me a $100 credit. btw...i was going to purchase the same order from marinedepot.com(because i was so aggravated with their screw up) and it was going to cost me almost $150 more for the same stuff. they have great sales often and there shipping is cheap(the original s&h for a 48" fixture plus a ton of odds and ends was $13) here is a link to the thread in their forum

We ordered stuff from DFS yesterday. I called DFS today because we were confused about shipping dates. The customer service lady was nice and unnecessarily apologetic. Better safe than sorry I suppose.

Anyway, positive experience thus far. Nice fix they gave you there, logans_daddy!
