Im not really sure yet i just got it but i will let you know.I bought the tank for about $250.00 from some friends at my LFS. I wish it had overflows but im going to make up for it some how..the super skimmer should really help as should the aquafuge i am going to put on it.
Sorry iv been sick lately..but im gettin this project on the road very soon. The SUPER SKIMMER works awesome..best hang on iv seen yet, starts skimming within hours. DEF worth the money
AAA NICE! I have the exact same tank. I went with the Phoenix 14k and love it. I used to have a AB 20k and the colors are much brighter and growth is better with the 14k.
Its a great little tank... I think that you will be very happy with it. I have had mine setup for about a year now and love it. You can really blast the flow in there... I have a closed loop on mine doing 1500gph and pretty much everything loves it.
If you would like to see some pics just let me know and i will take some recent ones.
I have the 14K over my 30 cube too...looks awesome.
The dimensions are 20.5 x 18.5 x 21.5 or there abouts. I got mine for $100 but I didn't buy the stand. How much flow are you going to have? I'm thinking about two seio 820s but we'll see.
Cheers, and good luck...that tank gives you lots of aquascape options so I hope you have lots of time to fiddle with your rock

Edit: P.S. Tulsa eh? There any shops there as good as Exotic Tropicals in Rogers?
i have the super skimmer and i was going to ad the cpr aquafuge and use those 2 for my filtration. Is that going to be enough or would you all suggest a hang on overflow with a sump and then just put the super skimmer in that? if so wat brand, size sump/overflow should i get... thanks
I will tell you what, I love cubes! My next tank will be a cube. I was inspired after viewing the 2g pico cube on that guys desk at work. Great looking tank so far! Cant wait to see the updates... Also, come follow along with us, Link in sig....
Sorry folks iv been very sick for a couple weeks. Iv got 20 pounds of marshall live rock im getting tomorrow for the tank. Iv decided to go with a model 2 all glass sump (w/ live rock rubble instead of the bio balls and a light for the refugium i guess im just going to build in it)and a 90 CPR overflow. Im going to put the Coralife super skimmer in the sump and im going to have to get another auto top off unit becuase i put mine on my 29g reef to dose limewater. kinda funny i couldnt stand it sitting there on the floor, it was bothering me. I'll get some pictures up and going and i will have everything i just listed going within 2 weeks (going on vacation tuesday) so hang in there.I know you guys have prob almost givin up on me but hey this hobby is a slow one.
Cant wait to see it clear up. I started a 30 cube today too, I have a CPR on it, nothing in it yet though. Plan to use that and maybe an aqua-c remora. I am also going to use a 250 HQI light. I just have to hang it.
Nice..well once i get my sump the return pump is prob going to be putting out enough itself when it gets down to flow..if not then i might run a maxi or 2, they will all be plummed outside the tank though cause i dont want any pumps or w/e in the tank because i think it makes the tank look not as good.just my opinion
ya iv got the stand, only prob is there is no sump made i dont think that will fit under it so you would have to DIY if i wanted to put one under there,so im kinda at the same prob as you. So im plumming shut off valves underneath the tank in the cabinet and then plumming over to another cab about 3 feet away. it will be an awesome setup.
If anything ever goes wrong with it you better go out and buy a stand ASAP before you call Oceanic about it...(I didn't get the stand either but I could get one quick if I needed to mess with Oceanic.) Well I guess you could just tell them that you have the stand...I don't think they come to your house...though they might want a pic...anyway...good luck with you tanks.
