I was hoping someone can tell me what this is by the pics. In another thread Lympho came up. These sores are turning into holes on the fish. I dont want to throw a bunch of meds at him unless I know for sure what it is.

I have Prazipro, Cupramine, Paraguard, and Erythromycin.

I have no idea to be honest. The pics are a little fuzzy for me.

But here's a Bump.

What description can you give of the fish behavior and the bump or ulcers?

Fish is very active, eating well. You would never know he was sick if it it did not show.

He does twitch though, kinda like a shake. The sides of the fish have sores that have white heads on them. They are also black around the edges of the sores. He is getting them everywhere. One of them is a actual a little bit of a hole.
It looks like growths that turn into holes. its very nasty looking. The sores are dark brown in the daylight from the window with no tank lights on.

I didn't, and reason being is I want to diagnose what's happening with the little guy before all the meds. I already tried one that was told to help, but seemed to make it worse. Probably not true but I don't dose him with out knowing as hard as knowing is right now. That med if it does not work is another $25. I was hoping a good diagnosis will help me make a good decision. I wish I could get it locally to save the $13.50 on shipping.

Are you sure it will work. I know nothing's a 100 percent but he seems pretty scard

I looked up some info for lympho in a book that I have. It doesnt mention the cyst exploding or becoming any sort of open sores. It does mention that there isnt a lot you can do and that removing or attempting to fix the problem has often resulted in more cyst. From what I have seen and experienced it sounds like a healthy fish with early stages of uronema marinum. Unfortunately the book does mention it is often mistaken for ich and uronema. I had a tang that had a few white pimples like that. Formalin treatment seemed to have helped. Either way I would start a high garlic and vitamin diet cause if it is lympho supposedly as the fish becomes healthier it will go away on its own. If its not at least it will help the fish fight whatever it does have.

Just my thoughts though. :)
