Here's some progress pics of my newest idea... It's still being finished but here's some progress pics. The tank is roughly 18x18x10 with a removable internal background and an external overflow (to be finished by Saturday). I originally planned to set it up as a clam tank but I might be forced to sell it before I can get it setup... Got some other purchases that need to take priority. :( Let me know if you happen to be interested.

Here's the main display...

And a close up of where the overflow box will attach (you can see the spill through)

Thanks george, I'll try to get some photo's late tonight of the tank with the background in... I made it removable for ease of cleaning... I for one, hate the look of a tank that has coraline all over the back wall and no way to get to it. I'm stuck in that boat with my current setup.

Well we'll see, I need some cash right now, so it may be going bye bye... I have a gentleman in FL interested right now, we'll see if it goes through. I can always build another one... Who knows maybe I can build some custom nano's on the side one day...

Just for my own curiosity's sake, can you PM me with a price! That could be an awesome nano!( in my house or yours...)

hey calvin, im not to far from you, pm me the price, if you dont find someone i will drive down and pick it up from you

Milleme, yes the dimensions, it's far wider than it is deep so IMO it's more of a lagoon, er nano lagoon...

importfan it's made of 1/8" acrylic and its easy to move around the rim. I can lay it flat on top of the tank, put in one side and it clears the other very easily. Then it just rotates into position from above. I only show it angled from the side to show it's not welded in but I wouldn't try to put it in like that as anything in the tank would be moved... Hope that makes sense.

You put the horse in front, you put the cow behind, put them together and what do you find? A horse cow!

Sorry about that but I noticed the Leapfrog toy on the fridge. I used to here that thing constantly.

Excellent looking tank btw.

hahah so that's what those magnets were :p ... question is, where can I get some ;)

... anyway eric how's everything goin'? long time no update on your cube?!

LOL! Yeah they are farm animals...

Cube is doing better, still have some kind of outbreak but it's not bad and cyano is gone... I took out some of the rock to give a little more room it was begining to feel cramped so I'll try to get some pics soon... The front corner rock work is now gone and it's really opened it up. My clams are on the sand for now but have PM... :( That was the main reason for this tank (to FWD them and get them into a sterile environment). I guess it will depend on if it sells or not.
