Quick update on my overflow scrubber with the led flood. I have been running it for 6 months. It seems to be working good. I have not tested parameters in months. Corals seem good.

What is the surprise, that it's red algae?

It's a water fall scrubber been running for about 3-4 weeks seeded it by rubbing gha over it and gets 900 LPH flowing down it with air bubbles that comes down the drain.

Here's a pic of my scrubber as of a few days ago. It's doing pretty good right now and getting thicker and thicker every time I clean it. Tanks doing better than ever too... Thanks again Daytek for the video and kickstarting my DIY scrubber

Update on the scrubber. I still have it running and Nitrates are at a dead zero now! Before the scrubber I was struggling to get my Nitrate level below 5ppm. Tanks never been at zero and I am almost certain I wont run a tank without a scrubber.
