DIY Chiller using Peltier

hey guys, i was going through YouTube and saw these cool mini fridge and cooling fan using Peltier module or chip. Is it possible to make a DIY chiller using the same resources i.e Peltier, power supply, thermostat, CPU fans, etc ? Will it be sufficient to decrease down the temperature upto 24 degrees Celsius? Has anyone tried or attempted to go with this?

Fellow hobbyist valued input required as the summer have arrived and the temperature has started reaching to 30+ [emoji43]

You will never be able to achieve anywhere near that amount of cooling with Peltier chips. The unit you would need would be the size of a couch. Get a real chiller.
