Do Anenomies Eat Dead Clownfish?

Hi everyone. I recently moved my nano to my desk at work. Anyways right before I left work I noticed my male true percula wasn't doing to good. I think the move stressed him out big time. The next day he totally disappeared! Could he have died in the anenome and been eaten by it??? I cannot find it's corpse anywhere. I even checked the back compartments. No other fish or invertebrates large enough to get rid of the body that quick.

Anemones can eat, live, sick, or dead clownfish. It is not well documented, but it does happen.

btw: I removed a duplilcate thread.

Yes the anenome was closed up. Mystery solved then I guess. At least his death didn't go to waste :( Thanks for removing that thread. Blah! I hate having to replace fish.
