NO! Anemone's are fragile enough as it is. Slowly drip aclimate it, and introduce it into your tank (when you are ready for one) without exposing it to air.
I dont see the point because you put it under enough stress getting it in and out of the bag. And then when it finally gets settled in the QT tank it gets moved again
I'm drip acclimating my RBTA here as we speak. No QT is possible for me because my QT has been copper treated. IMO, acclimate, let it go in the tank and hope for the best.
