DOC 9010 not working

Roger,
Based on the conversation that we had I wanted to just write and explain the issue I am having. I noticed that the unit wasn't bubbling so I took it apart and cleaned the pump. When I re-assembled teh unit, water flows very well but no bubbles come up unless I raise the lever of the unit. It operated fine at the current setting in the past.

I had another idea about what could cause this- if the airline is pinched between the pump and skimmer body. With no airflow the pump produces about 600gph, with air the pump does about 350gph of water and 250gph of air.

Based on the diagram mine is not broken.

Did you try disassembling it and checking that the airline and everything else was properly reinstalled?
