I saw that when it came in, very strange, looks like someone fragged a flame tip with a rainbow. Technically a rainbow is at least 3 colors. That goes for acans, chalice and anemones. I didn't make it up just internet opinion.
The white balance or saturation on several of the above pictures need to be fixed. The color of the anemone in person is obviously not as the pictures show.
Here's a nice one I had a few years ago. Orange tentacles with yellow tips and white specks all over. The base is green but the tentacles are covering it.
I am with R33f3r , looks like a flame bubble tip.Price all depends on who is selling.I have seen some local sell for $65 to $75.Just wait till someone gets to many or is getting out of the hobby.I just bought some nice regular rbtas that are about 10'' across for $ 40.00 apeice.
I think what is being the anemone referred to is the "quadricolor" (or something like that. This is an anemone I bought just as a BTA from another hobbiest, It often goes from a pink/red to a beautiful green
Most anemones dont look the same as in alot vendors pics unless, its with a flash. Over saturation and handy photo shop skills make that anemone looook crazy.
So basically if you want one of these rainbows you have to cough up a very large sum of money or find someone on the local forum that has one and stalk them? Its going to be a loooong wait
