Does Cupramine kill flukes?

Treating fish right now for ick, but i managed to catch one of my fish last night sleeping at the top and gave it a freshwater bath. Sure enough he had a ton of flukes? Will Cupramine kill flukes?

No you will need prazipro, hyposalinity, or formalin

Copper and cupramine along with CP do nothing for flukes. Praziquantel has resistant flukes too.

Also make sure to do a few acriflavine baths to treat for secondary infections as well from all the flukes falling off.
