Does this Heteractis Crispa/Sebae look healthy?

Yeah, it looks healthy from what I can see. The color might darken up, but it's definitely not completely bleached out as is so often the case with this species. Is it securely attached? How long have you had it? What's your lighting?
 
I have 330 watts. Height of tank is 20 inches. I have had it for three days and its foot is attached to the glass at the bottom of the tank. I assume it dug a whole through the sand. The sand bed is about 1.5 - 2 inches deep.
 
Very good that it's attached. Yeah, they dig into the sand and attach to a hard substrate. I imagine you have enough light, what type of lighting is it (PC, MH, T5)? Also, is it daylight or actinic? You will want to keep your water parameters in good shape with an anemone, including low nitrates and specific gravity in the 1.025-1.027 range.
