Oh I'm sure it will fit you just have to think outside the box. Wrap up the bathtub, push up against tree, cut branches around tub, push tub under big hole in tree, done.

I think you can add some damsels to start the cycling process. Don't put too much light on the tree or you will have algea problem.

I plan on sneaking over to his house and painting the back of the tank black.

Yeah, I'm going to paint your Desjardini with olive oil, a little garlic and some lemon.

Equipment wise I'm not planning any changes at the moment. I'm about to move, and the new tank was either a stroke of brilliance at this point or more likely another large straw on the camel's back.

In the long run I see myself doing something with my lights next year. At the moment I am still a MH fan and Grant's reflectors are so irritatingly efficient, I mean, wonderfully efficient that if I can get the same or even more par with fewer watts, I'd consider that.

A calcium reactor would be a possibility if my sps collection were where it used to be, but that's going to take a while. Automated dosing is doing fine for me currently and my supplement consumption is not that great at the moment, certainly compared to what it was back when I had my 20+" Idaho Grape and 30+ acros of various sizes, including the volley ball size Roscoes Blue Tip and 12" pink milli.
