Dosing Container

I have been looking at some dosing containers and am seeing some moderately expensive models.
Has anyone thought about or used those Rubbermade cereal containers with snap on lids that hold 23 cups? They are about $10.00 as opposed to $35.

I use 5L low profile jug from BRS. Very small footprint, and fits almost anywhere. It's $10.

I got a couple cereal type containers from wallyworld (rub bermaid brand I think) that hold a couple gallons apiece. Lasts me ~45 days. I used rigid airline tubing to get the intake tube to stay about 1" off the bottom. Works like a charm

Really? 10 dollars? Why? I got two gallon milk jugs with 2 part in them. Wait, maybe one was orange juice. Either way the both cost me... Well I didn't toss them in the recycle bin.
