downsizing didn't work, now i'm getting out

I downsized from a 75g to a 25g Cadlights earlier this year and still can't seem to find the time to keep up with all of the maintenance, so i'm getting out of the hobby. I want to try to sell what I can locally then what's left i'll ship what i can. Here's a list of the stuff for sale:

- Cadlights 25g 150wHQI+2x24wActinic T5 with return pump, jbj surface skimmer, and clip on fan... I DIYed two 80mm fans on top of the light hood to keep the temps down , works excellent. $450.00 new, asking $250.00.... tank will have to be the last to go though

"Newreefer delivery service" is happy to report that Eric is very easy to work with and everything is as he describes it. Remember don't use UPS when newreefer picks up and delivers the next work day. Forget brown go with the clown.
