Hi there to all.
My name is Murat and from turkey Ayvalýk. It is on the northern egean coast. After few years with the aquarium business I decided to make my 2nd to last tank.( in my life time will make one last one)

This tank is located at our business office. In wall design was selected as there was space behind a 6.5 metre wall to make a room.

The size is 321 x 120 x 85 Main tank and 145 x 95 x 60 cm sump

I hope that everyone will help me on the edgy bits and hopefully will come out allright.

Here ara few photos to start waiting for comments and questions!

that looks like an awesome tank

Im following along

for those of you not wanting to do the conversion, here are the dims in inches

126 x 47 x 33 (approximations)

This will be a great tank. Probably not too many in Turkey. I've been there a couple times and didn't see anything like that. But if you live by the coast you collect a lot of your own inhabitants. Good luck!

fish room looks solid, any chance of getting you to post some equipments being used? sorry but i'm a junkie :bum:

Thank you for your replies. I will be sending new photos over soon. Also ý am currently setting up a website. Do not worry it will be in english and german too.

Firstly people mmust understand that in turkey we are very short of equipment. Either very expensive (due to only 1-2 places sell) or not possible to find.

Thats why I have to make most of the stuff DIY.

As I promised new pics and more info:

I have been building the room for almost 4 months now and onlþy recently it satarted to take shape. I am still lacking on most of the equipment. The reason being not usre what to but.

I have the skimmer, ca reactor kit, media reactors, quarantee tanks, RO, T5, MH lighting, moonlight ... etc. The things I am stiil missing is the circulation pumps, main pumps, computer and the UV.

Can anyone suggest the tonnage ý require for the tank. For the main return pump ý am currently considering 2 x tunze 15.700 m3 pumps.

Hi Murat,

Please post a slightly biger fotos. Thanks

I would like to post bigger photos but the system only allows 50KB's. And do not know how to do it otherwise.

Not to worry, the website will be up few days where there will be many photos.

This looks cool, I see building construction methods are a little stouter over there, looks like that room could take a hit from a scud and still be ok ;)
Keep the pics and information coming!
