Hey Rodger!

I just pulled my Tunze 3115 skimmer out of storage after lending it to a friend. The pump was in terrible shape so I tried to clean it after soaking in dilute acid for a few days. While disassembling the unit the drive shaft (# 3000.64) broke. Many of the other pieces seem to have taken a toll as well ( the unit is several years old). Is it possible to order a complete replacement drive unit from you (part 3000.60)? or to I have to contact a retailer?

The simplest way will be to order it from Tunze.com. Are you sure you need 3000.60 and not 3000.50? The 3000.50 is for all pumps made before 09/00. We will be open very limited hours today so email is the best way to reach me. With any luck we will be running tomorrow if the weather improves.
