Dwarf Octopuses

Hello,

I am interested in ordering one or two dwarf octopuses from your website. I emailed someone at TBS and they said they are only available in the fall, but I have some additional questions:

1) I have been told they are the species mercatoris, is this true?
2) Do you know how old they are when they ship?
3) Is it possible to get a male and female, or a fertalized female (might pay extra depending on how much), or can you not tell the sex?

When the water gets cold, they show up....water is 93 today, so it will be months...
