DYI Magnets for seio.

I want to try something, need your info reefers and none reefers.

I have seios620 and 1500. Im tired of suction cups.

I want/need to know if its safe to just buy magnets and glue them to the back of the seio fixture. I leave my mag floats in my tanks for a couple years and nothing bad has happen. Knock on wood!

I used the large size mag float to mount both my 820 and 1500. They work great, just don't use the hagen magnets because they rust.

They sell magnets for these pumps now but if you want to build your own I would use mag floats.

Gluing mags to the back of a mag driven pump will disrupt the performance

it hasnt on mine and a few manufacturers sell them for there powerheads

Might want to tell Tunze that because I'd say an overwhelming majority of Tunze products are kept on magnets.
