OK here is the ballet for the 4 positions. We will take nominations for the two other positions for this week and voting will be done after that if it is contested.

However you want to send it to me all I need is the number for the people you want in a pm. I will just write the numbers down and put it together with the names. If anyone of the nominations want to contest the results they can and I will have the BOD meet and look at the results and then it will be finalized. If you are not a nominated position and you don't agree with the way I did the election you can propose a change to the bylaws.

Hey Wayne, are the new positions to the BOD (IE-the IT & event coord Jobs) are they going to be elected positions this time around or will they be voted on in the coming month or appointed? I know we voted on changing the by-laws at the meeting, but was a little confused on what the process was going to be?

Those ppsitions still need nominations and will be voted on at the March meeting ( Wayne to confirm) is what we settled on. There should be a seperate thread for those position nominations so as not to confuse the vote in progress.

Ok thats what I was thinking. Also I may be wrong but wasnt Mike Martinez also running for Pres? I just wanna make sure nothing comes back at a later date, to add anymore confusion. I havent talked to him i n awhile.

Yes Like I said in the 2nd sentence of the post. I will start a thread for the nomination of the two other positions for this week. If there is to be an election on them. That is if two or more are nominated for one position, then that will be done after the nominations. The new president will have to do the election as MTRC does not have a lame duck pres. Right after the election the new one takes office. And as Andy also put please limit this thread to the election only and we will do the nominations on another thread.
