all of the sudden out of no where my eb8 stopped working. there is still a solid green light but no juice going to any of the outlets... weired. I tried everything that I can think of...

1. resetting through the display.
2. unplugging the eb8 and replugging
3. unplugging the power from the main to the eb8...

nothing. seems like it restets normally and green light blinks then turns solid. but no juice going to any of the outlets. and yes I'm sure that the outlets are on. please please please help... I need to get everything back online soon. thank you for help

just checked status on all modules including my other eb8 and the one not working is shown as ok status... still not juice nothing. but solid green light. Help help... things like this always happen at the worst time. thanks

It's on the front, next to outlet #1.

I see nothing next top outlet 1 except a reset button... i tried pressing that last night and didn't do anything. how do I get to the fuse? I'm checking on your manual but cant seem to find anything on that yet. thanks

sorry for being a bit impatient but already lost a fish and other fish are now gasping for air. if you could respond completely you could help save some fish today. I need to run out and get a fuse once you tell me how I can get to it. I would really appreciate a complete responce. ty...

apealing to anyone out there... alan is MIA. Fish are dieing neptune is closed... NOTHING IN MANUAL ON CHANGING A FUSE HELP! HELP! HELP!

wish it were that simple... can't. I need to fix the problem not create a bandaid situation.

battery powered air pump is in now creating slight circulation 2 fish lost...

Not sure why you can't use a powerstrip until you get a fix for this. What will you do if the eb8 is bad and the fuse isn't the problem? I'd get the tank powered up with a bandaid first so you can save what's left in the tank.
