encrusted brain coral

hey guys and girls quick question im
in process of cleaning a tank i just bought the tank was barebottom and had a brain coral encrusted on bottom glass. very tough to get off i tried scraping it no luck any input would be great

If there is no water in it now put a ring of paper or cloth towels around it and be liberal with the vinegar. Refresh it every hour or so.
