encrusting monti placement

Just wondering where people keep there encrusting monti's dont want to kill this one. I have 10k 250 and 14k 250, flow can be high and steady to low and random. whatever it needs.

A store in washington called Ocean Reef Aquatics. I thought it was a sponge from far because it was really bright.
