NO where did you find that one? it kind of looks like the ATI Bubble master. i have not tried that one yet.

the thing i did not like about theirs is you are suppose to clean it regularly monthly i think.

yes it's the ati treadwheel pump and i am waitng to get the ati 250 bubble master but ithink it's going to be different pump.

here i post the picture of the gen x 6000 more then that if you want i can ship you 1 pump (genx 6000) to make the test on it with your gutter guard . and if you want i have the DLS material and can ship it to you to. make the test if it will be better improvement i like to get one if you accept.

Hi Roland

i shiped already the pump to you . i add 2 ft of the DLS material and i put to the elbow and ext pipe of the pump. it's 1" diameter.
you will get it on next tuesday.
i will pm to you after the tracking # .

NaCl - I agree with Bill, The CS is better build quality. If you can afford I would say go for it, you won't be disappointed. Although, as we all know, this hobby gets expensive!

Are there many RC 500 owners out there? How about 12-2 owners? How well do you like these skimmers and how have they performed for you? How wide is the neck?
This is probably going to be my next skimmer. I have a 6ft 170g tank now but will likely have a 8ft tank in the future.
I was debating a 8" skimmer thinking it might be more efficient, does the RC 500 seem to be an efficient design?
