Ever considered a free shipping deal?

I was just wondering if you have ever considered a free shipping promo for drygood orders over $150-$175? Reason I wonder is I'm about to order 2 xm bulbs and some other various things from marinedepot.com because of their shipping promo, I would rather order from PA if you were to have free shipping for larger orders.

We have thought about doing something like that, but problem is the market is so slim and the way we do business is different then most places. For example if you have a bad bulb, we will replace it and include a prepaid UPS return label to get it back, so the customer is not out any money and we rarely add a restocking fee when returning merchandise. So some of these extra customer service things we do cost us more money, so we have a tigher bottom line.

We certainly do not want to loose your business though, so we could offer a price match on there free shipping if it's nothing really heavy.

I was planning on ordering

2 XM 250w 10k bulbs
1 bottle of flatworm exit
1oz of lugol
1 bottle of cyclopeez
1 kent aquadoser 5 gal model

so not heavy items but the last is probably fairly large, let me know, I'll be ready to order in a couple days
