Evil sea monster! "help identify???"

This little fella has a body of about 1.5 inches and two VERY long sweeper tentacles... I have seen them extend to about ten inches...He has a mottled green pattern and can move very quickly aided by said appendages when frightened... anyone ever seen anything like this? He also has a very soft body..I thought I had killed him when i was trying to study his habits..but he has been resurected!

almost looks like an actopus. The things on the bottom left look like curled up arms.
