Yes - for the past couple of years. Keeping aquaria is a lot more interesting if you can catch everything yourself.
But I'd rather not clog up the thread with unrelated stuff like that - feel free to PM me if you want to talk more about that.

Just lost my Pink Margin Super Male to jumping. But its not what you think, he landed in the overflow. I woke up for work this evening to the tank pumps being off, turned out that the GFCI had triped. The 5gal top off bucket was empty (should have been a clue) and I had just filled it this morning. I reset the GFCI and watched the tank, only to knotie that the level in the sump just bairly but knoticably was continuing to fall. I stood up and found the tank was now overflowing the overflow and moments from totally overflowing. Pulled the stand pipe and still its just bairly draining. I then pulled the hose that leads from the tank to the sump out of the Media tower and water gushed out, and you could see a fish lodged in the elboe, dead.
He made it through the stand pipe in the overflow, and the flexable drain pipe only to lodge in a 90* elboe just above the media tower in my sump. This probably lead to the tank actually overflowing. Not 15 minutes after I freed the plumbing of its obstruction, there was a short in one of the light timmers (smoke, and archs big enough to light up the timer from the inside, bright enough to read by).
Moral of the story cover your overflow also.

Ok guys, I received my flame fairy pair from Zemuron, straight from hawaii... Picked them up in the airport, they arrived alive, and in perfect condition, packed well, and proper temperature with the heat packs in place.
Here are pics of them in acclimation and still working on getting pics of them out and about...got one of the male, but female is quick and nimble.
If you guys want to buy flames, i would recommend Zemuron and he said we can do a group buy if there are several interested.

I would like to give Justdave and Kermit's Reef a big thumbs up and say thank you once again. My Tono's arrived in great shape (even eating while acclmating), and the packing was more than enough, Tripple baged, with a fourth much larger bag around that, and bubble wrap filling he rest of the room. The best part though was just dealing with them.
I will post pictuers when I finally get some good shots of him.

i love the female flames... they are so pretty. The males have the deep red/yellow, but the females have pink/purple/reds... very nice indeed!

the box worked. when i let the long fin out there was no fighting. but i think my long fin was trying to catch up on some exercise. he was zipping around the tank back and forth.

Okay here's a first for me and according two a couple of other sources a first for any fairy wrasse collector in the US.
Here's a picture of a Cirrhilabrus Johnsoni male.

This fish was classified in 1988 by J.Randall but actually named after David S. Johnson because he was the first to collect specimens off the Marshall Islands.
This fish has not been available to the aquarium trade due to its deep water habitat that makes collection difficult.
Big Thanks go out to Brian Green of Twilight Aquatics....aka BGreene on these forum boards.
Brian is the owner of his own fish collection business in Hawaii and the one who made this possible. According to Hiroyuki Tanaka of Japan....the king of fairy wrasse knowledge....these are the first to come into the US and I will most likely be the first hobbyist to keep one. Actually I think Brain is actually the first.
Nonetheless, this is the picture of the male I'm receiving. I also have a female for him on the way. As soon as I get actual pictures of the fish I will post them on here. I should receive the fish sometime next week.
