Hey guys, a question. I've seen a few pretty nice pieces at cherrycorals.com, but are there other websites that sell more exotic pieces/frags? I want to diversify a bit, but I'm not certain where to go to make it happen. Thanks!

Chris, why don't you drive up for the Dallas Coral Farmers Market this Saturday? It'll have Tyree stuff and more. You can find the details in this issue of Reefkeeping Magazine in the Upcoming Events section.

Chrisi will be in dallas on saturday at the corals farmers market. if you have any hmm special request just let me know.
otherewise there are many great reefers that have stuff for sale in the selling forums. just look for good feedback.

Arrgh! I should pay better attention to this kind of stuff! I would love to make it up there, but the wife has a baby shower and I'll be occupado with that. I do need to sneak some of this stuff in before baby shows up, though, else my priorities might change!

wishntoboutisde, you may be hearing from me, and I do keep my eyes peeled on the b/s/t forums here. Thanks for the heads up, guys!

Speaking of this, is their a place we can go to fine out more info about the kinds of corals that will be at the CFM this weekend? I tried posing on the CFM board, but it doesn't seem to get much traffic.
Thanks in advance.

I would look at the vendors listed on the site, and perhaps if they have their own site, check their items listed.

Or just show up. This is the first one to ever happen in Dallas, and I'm going just to see what it is like.

Richard,

Will you be in Dallas this weekend?

Matthew

PS. The thread is lagging, yes let's see some Peace favia!

Here's my Australian prism coral.

The polyps are huge. Is this considered a favia? If not, what is it?

Does anyone know what kind of flow and light it needs? I have it in a 24g aquapod with 150w 20K XM HQI about 3in off the water.

How did the baby come out of there? That's very interesting.
