Thats great Steve we can use all the help we can get these days. Look forward to seeing this place of yours Ken has told me how nice it is and now I have to see these darn cats the guys have been going on about. Plus I can't wait for my light for the frag tank. The tanks are in the rack I had welded up for them and are waiting for the light and a bit of plumbing so I can fire it all up. Thx again in advace for having us. Grant
 
Don't tell Grant I said so, but his new frag tank setup is sweeeeet. I particularly like the stand he had constructed. Very nice. I want to fire it up and it's not even mine! :D

I'm down with carpoooling but as I recall from last time I had to put my rear seat down to accomodate the grill in the back, so I'm limited to one additional passenger.

Tom, any idea what the timeline for the meeting is going to look like? I'm planning to come out, but don't think I'll have until late afternoon, so I'm going to plan to exit before the food starts.

I was planning to bring a light blue acan frag for the swap (about all I have right now), if thats something people would be interested in.
 
Hey Ron we are set to start arriving at 11am so things probably won't be getting going until 11:30 or so and then we will probably be getting a tour or Steve's setups and such and then bbq followed by some talk about the BAR swap we attended and future events for our club followed by the raffle and swap all finishing by around 4pm or so. So making it by noon should still be fine. In other words get your butt out of bed and get there :rollface: Grant
 
Thanks grant. 4s not so late, for me, so I'll plan to hang till about that time. What do you still need for the BBQ?
 
Hey Ben and all those that are interested. It's kinda late to get much organized now so I am bringing some sausage and rolls ( not enough to feed everybody ) but I would say bring whatever you want to eat and bring enough for a few more people and we can all share. So if have a specialty on the grill lets do it or if you want to bring a side dish of some sort thats great too. Also sodas or beer and wine work well . :rollface: Most of you are good cooks so I'm sure whatever you bring will be good. Look forward too a good meeting. See you all tommorrow. Grant
