Finally Dragonvale's 50 gallon Starphire display cube journal

Congrats on the new addition to the family =)

Nice man that thing is stocked =). Great growth

Yeah the velvet is coloring up nicely it's been on the sand bed cause my new fixture is so powerful I'm getting 200+ par down there lol.. I'm thinking of covering all my sand with zoas and acans, I just bought 2 awesome rainbow colonies should be here Tuesday.

That rainbow looks mighty familiar . Coloring up nicely that one was in the shade in my frag tank.

Just saw how crappy the pics were from the phone. So I took some quick pics with a 18-55mm lens on auto.

You can't see but there are 5 pillars. It may look like a bunch of piled up rocks by the pics but there is great water flow. There is a WP10 top left and a WP10 that you can't see bottom right corner.

Finally getting some light on its way to being a rainbow.

Don't know if its too much light for the ATL cap but I'm hoping its still on its way to coloring up. Just want those pink polyps to pop.

Wow! What a concentration of goodness.

Thanks for not taking those pics on your phone.

Glad to hear about the flow in and around the rock. Does seem "pile-ish" in the pic.

Your livestock looks very healthy. Great job!

Needs more sticks... ;)

Received my LED strips today to replace the T5's as supplementation on the fixture. Colors popped like no other but for some reason the lighting is giving me a headache. I feel their very bright and the dimmers coming in in another two weeks.

Looks good! What strips did you use? I'm thinking I may try a DIY LED supplemented T% depending on how easy Steve's fixture is to modify.

Great looking tank Dragonvale...

Thanks

Some ebay strips. LOL Since it was supplementation.

I got two of them and spent $95.00 it was shipped shitty but came in priority mail and worked. They were out of the wireless dimmer and back ordered in 2 weeks. I'd like to dim it by 15-20% I chose these cause of the actual hit sink bar their own plus it looked clean.

Decided to get more familiar with the new camera (even though its almost been a year of having it LOL).

This one was my favorite and easiest to take a pic of due to a straight on shot.

Finally completed something I should have done 3-4 months ago. Setting up my dosing pumps. Love how easy they were to setup! But just a pain since I had to order longer specialized tube. Once I dial these in I'm pretty much just doing water changes and filling the supplements :)

<a href="http://s1297.photobucket.com/user/1Dragonvale/media/dosingpumpsontank_zps5ed67353.jpg.html" target="_blank"><img src="http://i1297.photobucket.com/albums/ag21/1Dragonvale/dosingpumpsontank_zps5ed67353.jpg" border="0" alt=" photo dosingpumpsontank_zps5ed67353.jpg"/></a>

Those look pretty slick! What kind of dosers are they? I also like how clean the sump area is--very organized.

I could have cleaned it up more but I was lazy. I keep the dripper on the right since its my acclimation dripper just incase people are wondering why there is extra hosing. The pumps are aquahouse dosing pumps. Each one has individual timers and if power goes out it still remembers dosing you previously had it at. If interested I found the cheapest place to grab them.
