Finally!!! Our 150 gal Build begins!!!

Well last weekend I begun demolition to our kitchen! With our twin 8 yr old boys and our our 4 yr old daughter, this is/will be tricky...but we're going for it.

What does this new kitchen have to do with our tank build you ask?

I'm going to enlarge the entry way into the kitchen and our 120g will sit on the quartz counter-top, leaving it visible on 3 sides, aka a peninsula.

This wall to the right is where the tank will go.

We go to order our cabinets tomorrow, then this week I will get the materials I need to do the framing work.

So the ACTUAL build wont be for a couple months but this is the beginnings and a step in the right direction!

4 yrs ago we removed the roof off our ranch and added a second floor. We're used to the chaos of demo and building, luckily.

My big thing is stopping early enough ea. day so I can clean up real well...I HATE the cleanup but it's priority #1 with the wee ones around.
