FINALLY...PPE babies

So I got these guys back in May 2007 and there was 2 polyps. It took 6 months to produce a baby and now I have 2 babies growing. You can't see the other one because it is hidden by the larger polyp and the 1st baby.

Thats awesome, do you think the 10 months it took to grow 2 babies was fast, slow, or about right. I ask this because I have no idea what the growth rate is for the ppe's.

I had no idea on their growth rate. People said it was slow, but I did not expect it to be this slow.

mine grew relatively fast. dont really know the reason why, but i started with 3 and now im at 12. its been about 2 1/2 months. i have them under 50/50 pc.

Is it just the PPEs that grow that slow? Because my other PEs are multiplying rapidly--especially since adding the Vitamin C. Still looking for PPEs, so I can't tell...

Yeah, I got RPEs 2 weeks ago & already have a baby on a colony of 7.

I have roughly 25 of these but they do grow super slow. Slowest out of all my polyps.

I got one two months ago and now I have three, so one baby a month so far on my end.

I just got 2 ,3 weeks ago,hope they multiply fast!Then again,who doesn't!lol.

They do grow really slow, usually about a polyp per month.
But I have noticed, that fresh frags in new tanks, once they get settled in, sometimes, have a mini growth spurt. Maybe 2-3 polyps in the first month

Mine have been a slow grower as well. I stated back in Jan with one and today I have three in all. I am hoping they will start growing faster so they can spread so I can sell them to buy more expensive ones...lol.
