New addition, he almost did not make it. He was breathing so hard and swimming up side down in the bag when I received him. I thought he was not going to make it.

They are pretty tuff little guys. I got one a month ago and he is doing real well. Except my conde wont leave him alone. I'm afraid I'm going to have to find a new home for my conde.

Thanks for the boast of confidence, should I release him to the general public now? He is small compare to my other wrasses.

I kept mine in the acclimation box for 2 days. After I saw that he was eating well I released him.

Thats good to hear. Mine is right at home and doing great, I'm sure yours will be fine also.
Seems to be very hardy for a flasher.

teambutterfield, what other wrasses do you have in that tank? Are any paying special attention to him in his social acclimation chamber?

bradleyj, Conde can be aggressive. Be careful with that one.
Thanks Steve, I'm finding that out now. I bought the conde when he was very young, maybe 1 1/2 inch in size. Now that he is older and about 4 inches in size, he has become much more aggressive and I'm thinking of pulling him out of there.
He not only chases the flashers, but any other wrasse that is smaller than himself.
